| Full Description/Abstract | A molecular characterisation of the Arabidopsis PDR ABC transporters by analysing their genomic structure and expression patterns. The criteria used were sequence similarity to the deduced amino acid sequence of SpTUR2 (the first plant PDR cDNA cloned) over a threshold E value of e-70 and the presence of a duplicated Walker A motif, ABC signature and transmembrane spanning domains.
