Data format of input
Columns are tab-delimited.
Column 1: Gene set name
Column 2: The category of gene set name
Column 3: The p value or FDR value from the GSEA analysis;
Column 4: The p value or FDR value from the another GSEA analysis used for comparing the first one;
... (more columns with p value or FDR value)
